Christmas Bazaar

Our Christmas bazaar is rapidly approaching.

  • Santa will be there to greet children and hear their wishes.

  • Children can decorate a frame for their picture with Santa.

  • Shop for crafts and delicious baked goods.

  • Buy tickets for raffle baskets.

  • Enjoy a meal at the Supplee cafe.

Ways to Volunteer

Volunteers are needed to assist with the bazaar, contact the church office if you’re able to help. Here are some ways to volunteer:

  • Make a basket for the raffle

  • Bake something for the bake table

  • Sign up to help during the bazaar

  • Help to set up on Thursday, November 12 at 7 PM to prepare for the bazaar and at 2:30 PM on Saturday, November 14 to clean up afterwards.

Items You Can Donate

  • Make up a themed raffle basket (alone or with a group). Possible themes could be spa, movie night, pet, sports, games, gardening, baby, car wash, beach, rainy day, chocolate, coffee, tea, reading.

  • Donate a craft that you have made.

  • Donate tickets to sporting events, museums, plays or shows.

  • Donate autographed sports memorabilia.

  • Donate a week or weekend at a vacation.

We can accept donations now, contact the church office to donate.
