Jerusha currently serves with Power to Change (the Australian arm of Cru- formerly Campus Crusade for Christ.) Jerusha has taken on a new role and is now the co-Director of Campus Strategy. This means that much of her time is now focused on coaching team leaders.

Power to Change has 8 teams across the Australia and is hoping to relaunch new teams to reach international students in Melbourne and local Oceania, specifically in the Pacific Islands and New Zealand. They are looking at how to best work to reach South and Southeast Asia, which is right on the doorstep of Australia.

Their heart is to raise up students and staff, and eventually indigenous workers, who will carry on movements of evangelism and discipleship in this area of the world, much of which has never been reached by the Gospel.
