Jerusha currently serves with Power to Change (the Australian arm of Cru–formerly Campus Crusade for Christ) in Sydney, Australia. She serves as the state director for New South Wales and oversees the training, coaching, and development of their team leaders and university campus staff. Jerusha disciples staff women in Sydney and Perth and loves being a part of helping their staff members become experts in introducing students to Jesus and establishing them in the basics of the faith. 

She regularly joins teams on university campuses to lead training times, share their faith with other students, and encourage Australians to take the gospel to the ends of the earth. With a huge international student population, Australia is an amazing place to reach the nations from the universities: training leaders and sending these new leaders to their home countries to share the gospel, whatever their vocation might be.`
